SUPPORT - Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

Return & Exchange Policies:

Returns accepted within 14 days of order delivery.

10% restocking charge on all returned orders EXCEPT for defective or incorrectly shipped items.

Any returns must be 100% complete in original, unopened packaging and in re-saleable condition, with all packaging, manuals and/or unbroken seal. We reserve the right to charge up to a 50% restock fee or refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements.

Examples: figure skate boots that have been heat molded or punched out or blades that have been mounted and/or sharpened do not meet the re-saleable condition requirement.

No Returns on Custom figure skating boot orders, including split size, special linings, raised/lowered heels, etc. Custom products are final sale upon order and are not eligible for return, exchanges, or alterations.

Lost, Incorrect or Damaged Goods:

If merchandise is damaged or incorrect upon arrival, save all contents and packing materials and contact us within 3 business days after its arrival. Shipments that arrive in damaged condition will be replaced only after the damaged merchandise has been returned within 14 days of receipt for inspection. Shipments that have been determined to be lost, after thoroughly researching the package through delivery confirmation tracking, will be REPLACED. For both circumstances, a monetary refund will not be given.

Order Cancellations & Changes:

Orders for stock items may be changed prior to shipment from Graf Switzerland. Post shipment from Graf Switzerland, contact us as soon as possible to discuss desired changes, and we will try to accommodate those requests. Custom products are final sale upon order.

Shipping & Handling:

Shipping costs are based on actual weight of shipment via most economical UPS, USPS or FedEx method, including required insurance for the wholesale value of the order. Signature is required. If you require expedited shipping, please advise as soon as possible; additional shipping fees will be added to cover this.

Customer is responsible for shipping & handling on all returned items. We recommend insuring returned items for the wholesale value and utilizing a shipping method with delivery confirmation because we cannot be responsible for undelivered items.
